Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

​

We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hour notice.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 25% of the scheduled service.

Late arrival

 

To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid other appointments in the day being delayed. 

We would like to remind you that you can reschedule your appointment up to two times after booking. However, if an appointment is changed twice and then cancelled, you will be required to fully pre-pay to book a new appointment. 

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.

Booking Conditions

  • Age Restrictions: Clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Pregnancy or Nursing: Clients who are pregnant or nursing cannot book appointments.

  • Tendency to Keloid Scarring: Please consult your doctor before booking.

  • Botox Treatments: Clients who have had Botox in the brow area that has altered brow placement must wait 2 months for effects to wear off.

  • Serious Medical Conditions: Conditions such as active cancer (undergoing chemotherapy) or autoimmune disorders may affect the healing process. Please consult your physician.

  • Bleeding Disorders: Clients with bleeding disorders must consult with their physician.

  • Isoretinoin (Accutane): Must not be currently taking this medication.

Additional Policies

 

Calm Environment: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children, pets, and friends to the beauty salon. A calm environment is essential for our artists to concentrate and achieve the best results. Thank you for your understanding!

  

Substance Influence: We will not carry out the procedure if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

Reservation Requirement: Access to the salon is available by reservation only.
